Rogers Centre is home to Major League Baseball’s Toronto Blue Jays, the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts, concerts from some of the world’s top performers, soccer matches, motor sports, family shows, conventions, trade shows and private events.

How do I purchase tickets for events at Rogers Centre?
Tickets for all Rogers Centre events and games may be purchased at our venue box office, located at Gate 9 on Bremner Blvd.

Where can I park at Rogers Centre?
There is underground parking at Rogers Centre, accessible from Bremner Boulevard opposite Gate 8. Rates vary based on the event. There are also a number of public parking lots within easy walking distance of Rogers Centre, but the building maintains no affiliation to these lots. What about accessible parking?
A limited number of spots are available, but must be reserved by calling Rogers Centre Parking at 416-341-3004.

We’re coming as a group - What about bus parking?
A bus parking lot is available off Bremner Boulevard opposite Gate 9. Space can be reserved by calling 416-341-3057. The cost is $40.00 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., with credit cards and cash accepted on event days. Buses can drop guests off at Gate 7 or Gate 13.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE EVENT
Can I bring a bag or knapsack?
Guests are permitted to bring knapsacks and bags smaller than 16 in. X 16 in. X 8 in. into Rogers Centre. Hard-sided coolers and larger bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection.

Can I bring food to the event?
ARAMARK, Rogers Centre's concessionaire, has put together menus that appeal to all tastes. Rogers Centre does allow guests to bring food in as long as the items are wrapped, bagged or left inside a container to avoid spillage. Cans, glass bottles, aluminum/steel water bottles or drinks larger than 600 ml are not permitted.

Can I bring alcohol?
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Rogers Centre. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from authorized vendors once inside the facility. Guests found with unauthorized alcohol will have their ticket confiscated and be removed from the facility without compensation.

I’m bringing my family - What about strollers and other items?
Rogers Centre is pleased to provide the ability for families to check their strollers at select events at a Guest Services booth or another specially designated area. Please check the event details page for your event to verify if this service will be provided. Other larger items can also be checked at Guest Service locations located on the 100, 200 and 500 Levels. Rogers Centre is not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damaged items while checked.

I’m coming with an elderly or disabled guest. Can I get help with a wheelchair?
Gate 7 has been designated as a special needs entrance. A staff member will gladly escort guests to their seats where a wheelchair is needed. With only a limited number of wheelchairs available for use, they are normally not lent out for an entire event.

AT THE EVENT
Can I smoke at Rogers Centre?
Rogers Centre is a non-smoking venue in compliance with the Province of Ontario’s Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Smoking is not permitted on any level in the stadium. Security regulations do not allow guests back into the building if they choose to exit.

I’ve lost something. Where can I find it?
Lost items are turned in by our staff to Guest Services locations during events. After an event is over, please contact our "Lost & Found" department at 416-341-3060 leaving a message with your name, phone number, a description of the lost item and the date of the event you attended.

THE FIELD & THE ROOF
Why doesn’t Rogers Centre have a natural grass field?
To maintain the ability to transform quickly and efficiently to accommodate a number of events, Rogers Centre makes use of a synthetic playing surface for baseball, football, soccer and other sporting events. The surface, made to look, feel and play like natural grass is called FieldTurf. It is made by a Canadian company based in Montreal.

How long does it take to put the field in place or take it away?
Typically, it takes up to 30 hours to convert the stadium from a baseball diamond into a football field. It takes 20 hours to remove the diamond to go to the concrete floor. It takes 16 hours to remove the football field to go to concrete.

Can I rent the field for a baseball game?
Fans can get the chance to play at Rogers Centre for up to four hours. Field rental includes access to dressing rooms, dugouts, security and First Aid officers, bases, balls and bats. How long does it take to open or close the roof?
The roof takes just over 20 minutes to open or close.

How do you decide whether to open or close the roof for an event?
The decision to host an event, baseball game or football game with an open or closed roof, is based upon detailed weather information gathered by our Roof Technicians.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (AODA)

The Accessibility for Ontarians withDisabilities Act (AODA) was established to develop implement and enforce accessibility standards respecting goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures and premises. Passed in 2005 and as of January 1st, 2012, the AODA legally requires all organizations, both public and private, that provides goods or services either directly to the public or to other organizations in Ontario and that have oneor more employees to provide accessible customer service to persons of all ability levels.

The Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre are committed to a more accessible Ontario and have provided all of their staff with the necessary training to accomplish this objective and service the needs of all of their guests during every event held at the stadium. If you require a copy of the Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre Accessible Guest Experience Policy, please phone (416) 341-1000 and ask to speak with a Guest Experience representative.

Acessible Support Entrance:

Rogers Centre and the Toronto Blue Jays are pleased to offer an Accessible Support entrance to guests who may require assistance entering the facility or arriving at their seats.  Gate 7 has been designated as our Accessible Support Entrance.  Guests with specific needs should contact the Guest Experience Department at 416-341-1000 at least 24 hours prior to arriving for an event to discuss their individual requirements.

Acessible Parking:

A limited number of parking spaces are available by reservation only for guests with physical disabilities. For further information and to make reservations, contact Rogers Centre Parking at (416) 341-3004. Please have your disability permit number handy for bookings. Bookings begin three weeks prior to the event day.

Accessible Seating:

The number of accessible and companion seating available varies based on event.  For more information on availability of accessible seating please contact TicketMaster Canada Fan Support at 1-855-985-4357. Please note: Companion seat pricing is the same as all tickets within the same price category.

Wheelchair Escorts:

Any guests that may require assistance arriving to or exiting their seats are encouraged to contact our Guest Experience Department at least 24 hours prior to arriving to arrange for a wheelchair escort.  Escorts can meet guests at our Accessible Support Entrance located at Gate 7.  Please note, due to the limited number, guests are not able to use the wheelchair for the entire event, and Rogers Centre does not provide wheelchair rentals.

Support Persons Ticket:

Support persons attending events at Rogers Centre are required to purchase a ticket for their seats.  Ticket pricing is the same as all other guests.
