Accessible and Special Needs Entrance
Gate 7 is our Accessible and Special needs entranceway. There are a limited number of Rogers Centre wheelchairs to assist guests in need.
Alcohol Policy
Guests are reminded that the legal drinking age in Ontario is 19 years of age. Guests must have valid photo identification (i.e. Driver’s Licence or Passport) to purchase alcohol.
Public drunkenness is not permitted in any public space and will not be tolerated. Open liquor and beer containers are not permitted around the stadium and will be confiscated immediately. In addition, there will be random spot checks for drivers entering and leaving the vicinity of Rogers Centre to ensure compliance with Ontario’s Drinking and Driving Laws. Offenders of the policies will be subject to immediate prosecution under the law.
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Rogers Centre. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased from authorized vendors once inside the facility.
Rogers Centre reserves the right to deny service to guests who show signs of intoxication or to guests who cannot provide valid photo identification showing proof of age. Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium.
Bags
Guests are encouraged not to bring additional items to the stadium. Of particular note, guests are not permitted to bring hard-sided coolers or large bags (over 12" x 12"x 8") into the stadium. All bags are subject to inspection.
Bank Machines
There are several bank machines conveniently located throughout Rogers Centre.
100 Level – Near sections 113A, 117, 120, 130A & 135
200 Level – Near sections 213, 221 & 235
500 Level – Near sections 516 & 530
Bottles & Containers
Plastic bottles holding 600 ml or less are permitted at Rogers Centre. Plastic bottles holding more than 600 ml, as well as all liquor or beer containers and all glass bottles and cans are prohibited and will be confiscated.
Bus Parking
If you have arranged a group and are arriving by bus, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Marshalling Yard (located at Bathurst St. and Lakeshore Blvd.) will be available for bus parking by reservation only. To reserve a spot, on a first come first serve basis while available, please call 416-585-8345 or email Michel Genier.
Code of Conduct
By entering the stadium, guests agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- Guests will not behave in a disruptive manner using foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention will occur when deemed necessary for the safety and security of all guests.
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests’ actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- Guests will comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene when necessary.
Crowd Management Officers
Rogers Centre Security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for our guests, players and employees. For this event, security is supplemented with Officers from the Toronto Police Service.
For the safety and security of everyone in attendance, please be aware that all guests are required to pass through a voluntary security inspection administered by a screener prior to gate entry. Please familiarize yourself with the list of prohibited items to ensure a smooth entrance.
Directions to Rogers Centre
Guests are strongly encouraged to commute to the games via public transportation or carpooling. The direction pages provide useful information and are meant as a guide for guests traveling to the stadium.
Food & Beverage Policy
Rogers Centre has a wide range of food and beverage options available to guests. Rogers Centre does not recommend bringing outside food to the stadium. All bags will be searched upon entry and items may be removed with no claim ticket being issued.
Gang Colours & Clothing
In cooperation with Toronto Police Services, guests wearing known gang clothing and/or colours will not be permitted into Rogers Centre and will be automatically asked to leave the premises.
Gates Opening
All gates will open two hours prior to a scheduled kick-off. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure enough time to pass through security screening. Please refer to your tickets to determine appropriate entrance gate for your seats.
Guest Services
Guest Services booths are located on the 100 Level (near sections 120 & 135), on the 200 Level (near sections 212 & 235) and on the 500 Level (near section 525). Guests can receive assistance with general inquiries as well as lost persons or items.
In/Out Privileges
For security reasons, Rogers Centre does not allow in/out privileges to guests. A guest choosing to exit the stadium prior to the end of a game will not be permitted re-entry.
Lost & Found
Guests losing an item during a game or event should visit any of the five Guest Services locations in the stadium to check if the item has been returned.
Any persons who are lost at Rogers Centre should immediately go to a Guest Services location. Likewise, individuals looking for a lost person should proceed immediately to a Guest Services location on the level where the individual was last seen to seek assistance.
Merchandise
Official Bills Toronto Series Merchandise is currently available at Jays Shop – Stadium Edition at Rogers Centre. The 8,000 square foot store is located at Gate 5 on the south east corner of the stadium and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Parking Lots
There is no public parking on the Rogers Centre grounds. The city of Toronto has a number of public lots within easy access to the stadium.

Passport
When entering Canada from the United States, U.S. citizens must show either a valid U.S. Passport or other proof of U.S. citizenship – such as an original or certified birth certificate together with photo identification.
Police Officers
The enforcement of criminal code infractions, liquor violations and Toronto by-laws is the responsibility of the Toronto Police Service. Rogers Centre employs a number of police officers to patrol the premises and assist our staff. All incidents are reported and documented by a law enforcement officer.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at Rogers Centre:
- Large bags and knapsacks exceeding 12"x12"x12"
- Hard-sided coolers and ice chests
- Aerosol cans
- Animals (with the exception of certified service animals)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Projectiles that can cause injury or disruption of a game; flagpoles; brooms; broom handles; umbrellas; sticks (including ones with signs attached)
- Offensive, political or other non-event related banners or signs
- Laser pens and pointer devices
- Noisemakers (including but not limited to pressurized air horns and whistles)
- Glass bottles; plastic bottles larger than 600 ml; cans and insulated containers
- Balls (including beach balls, footballs, and other inflatable objects)
- Fireworks; firearms; knives and other weapons
- Frisbees; squirt guns
- Stools or folding chairs
- Cameras with lenses longer than six inches; large, professional style camera bags; monopods; tripods and video cameras
- Radios or hand-held televisions larger than pocket-sized
- Clothing with profane or abusive language, obscene graphics, or material considered to be indecent by Stadium Management
- Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of other fans
- Illegal drugs and substances
All alcohol, drugs and weapons will be seized.
Public Transit
Rogers Centre is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the subway and, where possible, guests are strongly encouraged to commute to the games via public transportation or carpooling.
Via TTC / Go Trains
Passengers should get off at Union Station and follow the designated Skywalk route to Rogers Centre. Upon exiting the Skywalk, the path splits into two walkways leading to Gate 3 (right hand side) and Gate 6 (left hand side). The facility is also within easy walking distance of streetcar stops on King St (at Peter St. & John St.) and Spadina Ave (Bremner Blvd.)
Guests can also visit the TTC official site or call TTC information at 416-393-INFO(4636). Guests requiring additional information for the GO Trains can visit them online or call 416-869-3200 for complete transit information.
Road Closures
Select streets around Rogers Centre will be closed to vehicles from 9:00 a.m. to midnight on the game day itself. As a result of these street closures, please review and download a copy of the attached vicinity map.
This map will help you in your arrival to Rogers Centre as it also depicts public parking lots and subway stations.
Smoking Regulations
Rogers Centre is a non-smoking venue in compliance with the Province of Ontario’s Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Smoking is not permitted on any level in the stadium. Security regulations do not allow guests back into the building if they choose to exit.

Rogers Centre Tours has your all-access pass to the Bills Toronto Series. Be part of the NFL Experience by taking part in a behind-the-scenes tours as the stadium prepares for the big game.
U.S. Currency
U.S. currency is accepted at all retail and concessions stands within Rogers Centre. The exchange rate is posted at all locations. Currency conversions will be provided as a result of a sales transaction.
Video Cameras
Video Cameras, including personal devices, are not allowed at Rogers Centre unless part of an accredited media crew covering the event.
Washrooms
Washrooms are located in convenient locations on the concourses of each seating level. There are 73 washrooms available on the five levels of Rogers Centre – 30 for men, 34 for women and 9 family/accessible washrooms.
