Chinese New Year is a celebrated tradition with deep historical and cultural presence. In 2009, Chinese communities around the world will celebrate the start of the Year of the Ox and Rogers Centre welcomes everyone for three days of celebrations.
This unique gathering is open to everyone and features a traditional flower market, fortune-telling, Chinese cultural exhibitions, daytime live performances and a Chinese New Year Gala.

Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) - midnight
Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) - 1:00 a.m.
Gates open in conjunction with the start times posted above each day.
Ticket Prices and Information
The seating information below is specific to the five live performances scheduled throughout the three day event. Please note that with a Reserved Floor Seat you will also be permitted to enjoy the marketplace at your leisure. Individuals purchasing the General Admission tickets for access directly to the Marketplace will be able to enjoy the live performances from the 100L seating area space permitting.
Reserved Floor Seating is available for:
$138.00, $88.00, and $48.00
General Admission Seating is available for:
$9.00 for children 10 years of age and under
$35.00 for adults
$25.00 for adults 65 years of age and older
