Rogers Centre Group Ticket Purchase Guidelines
Guidelines
- We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Sears. Certified cheques and money orders should be made payable to Rogers Stadium Limited Partnership.
- There are no refunds or exchanges once payment has been received and the group order has been processed.
- Group tickets discounts are determined on an event-by-event basis and are subject to availability.
- Group benefits are generally applied on the purchase of 20 or more tickets (or as defined by the event) and when a single method of payment is tendered.
- Children under the age of two years are free to enter the stadium, but must sit in their guardian’s lap. Some exceptions are made for family events.
- Walk-in orders are accepted by appointment only.
- In some cases, we are pleased to offer tickets on consignment for non-seated events. A completed application form and credit card guarantee must be provided.
- If you add seats to your order, we’ll do our best to keep your group seated as close together as possible.
