Skywalk Closure (2011-2013)
In July 2011, construction begins on the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada to be built at the base of the CN Tower. For the period of July 2011 to July 2013, the construction crew must close the western entrance/exit of SkyWalk, the pedestrian connection between the CN Tower/Rogers Centre and Union Station, the TTC and GO Transit. Access between these two areas is still possible and facilitated by a signed detour.

Click here for a map of the detour routes, including barrier free access routes.

GO TRANSIT MAKES IT EASY TO GET TO THE GAME
On December 16, GO is running extra Lakeshore GO Train service to accommodate fans going to Rogers Centre to see the Buffalo Bills take on the Seattle Seahawks. Approximately 30 minutes after the game finishes, GO will run one extra trip in either direction from Union Station along the Lakeshore lines.
• A westbound Lakeshore West train will depart Union Station and make all stops to Aldershot GO Station.
• An eastbound Lakeshore East train will depart Union Station and make all stops to Oshawa GO Station.
