To ensure that you enjoy your time at Rogers Centre during Spring Fling 2009, please take the time to review the following Frequently Asked Questions which contain useful information you can use.
My child is almost 2 years old. Can they get on the rides?
We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of everyone in attendance at Spring Fling. Each ride has its own height restrictions and children must be accompanied by an adult if they do not meet those restrictions. Children under 24 months are admitted free of charge for Spring Fling.
I will be bringing my children to Spring Fling 2009 but do not want to ride. Do I have to pay to get in?
Everyone 2 years and older entering Rogers Centre will need to purchase a ticket. An affordable $10.00 no-ride ticket is available for those who do not intend to use the rides.
What are the different ticket options available to me and my family?
Tickets can be purchased at the following price points:
$17.00 - All-day ride ticket (2 years and up)
$10.00 - No ride ticket
(perfect for the parent or guardian interested in relaxing while the children are having fun!)
$10.00 - Daycare ticket
(valid March 16 & 17 only ~ must be purchased through the Rogers Centre Group Sales Office. Please call 416-341-2255 for additional information.)
$30.00 - All-week ride pass
(perfect for the repeat guest of any age. Please note that pass is non-transferable.)
*prices do not include applicable service charges and facility fees.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations including Rogers Centre – Gate 7, online or via phone at 416-870-8000. Tickets can also be purchased on the same day you attend at the Rogers Centre Ticketmaster Box Office – Gate 7.
I purchased an All-Day Ride Ticket but want to come back. Can I upgrade my ticket to an All-Week Ride Pass?
Guests looking to extend their March Break can upgrade their ticket at our ticket window located inside Gate 6A or at the Field level ticket booth located at the bottom of section 113B.
Are there Group Rates for this event?
We are pleased to offer a Special Rate for groups of 20 or more. Interested individuals are asked to contact the Rogers Centre Group Sales Office via phone at 416-341-2255 or send an e-mail to groupsales@rogerscentre.com for further details.
Can I leave Spring Fling and come back in?
As with other events at Rogers Centre, there are no in-and-out privileges during this event. There are ample seating and food options available within Rogers Centre to make your stay comfortable.
I have children in different age ranges. Will we all be able to enjoy the carnival together?
Spring Fling 2009 is a great family event that features 18 rides and several games of chance. A variety of rides have been selected to ensure that entire families can enjoy themselves together at the event though some are tailored to a young audience while others are designed for a taller and older child.

I am in a wheelchair. How will I be able to enter Rogers Centre with my children?
Rogers Centre is a fully accessible venue with elevators that can transport guests from L100 to the field in order to enjoy the event. A dedicated Wheelchair entrance is available at Gate 7 where one of our friendly customer service representatives will call for a wheelchair escort that will happily take you to field level to enjoy the rides with your children.
Is there a coat check area where I can leave our jackets and other items once we arrive?
Rogers Centre is pleased to offer Coat Check area for all guests. At a cost of $1.00 per item, guests can proceed to section 114 to drop off items they wish to check.
Is there a stroller check area for my child’s stroller?
To help families enjoy their time at Spring Fling, Rogers Centre permits parents to keep their strollers with them for ease of movement around the facility with children.
Can I bring my own food?
A variety of food, snack and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at our concession stands. To ensure guests enjoy stress-free family fun while at Rogers Centre, we do not recommend that guest bring too many items with them. Should you bring your own food, please note that any cans or glass bottles will be confiscated prior to entry.
I am coming to Rogers Centre with my kids and don’t want to stand all day. Is there somewhere I can sit down?
There is ample seating available within Rogers Centre both near the concession areas as well as closer to field level that will allow parents to rest their feet.
What is the Ride Safety Program and how does it affect us at Spring Fling 2009?
The Ride Safety Program is a commitment by Rogers Centre and Worlds Finest to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone at Spring Fling. The Ride Smart Rules are designed to help make your day as safe, fun and exciting as planned. Children can be accurately measured one time at the Guest Services Booth located on the field at the bottom of section 113B and receive a coloured sticker which allows you to easily identify the rides on which they are tall enough to ride.
