Stadium Policies
Welcome to Rogers Centre! To ensure your visit is a memorable one, please
take time to read our guest policies below.
Alcohol
Guests are not premitted to bring alcohol into Rogers Centre. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased from
authorized vendors once inside the facility and must produce valid photo identification upon request. Guests
may have no more than two alcoholic beverages in their possession at any time. Rogers Centre, its
concessionaires and Toronto Police Service reserve the right to further limit or discontinue alcohol service.
Guests found with unauthorized alcohol can have their ticket confiscated and be removed from the facility without
compensation. Rogers Centre is determined to ensure a safe, clean and fun environment where alcohol service and
consumption is managed responsibly.
Bottles & Containers
Plastic bottles holding 600 ml or less will be permitted in Rogers Centre. This does not include liquor or
beer. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited from entering Rogers Centre. Plastic bottles holding more than
600 ml, glass bottles and cans are prohibited and guests will not be given a claim ticket for the items.
Please note, for select Rogers Centre events, no outside container or plastic bottle regardless of size will be
permitted inside the facility.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Personal cameras are permitted to most Rogers Centre events provided their
use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment. However, some
promoters forbid the use of cameras, audio or video recording devices
at certain events. For more information about an event, please call Rogers
Centre at 416-341-3663 or visit the event details page at Event Details
for specific event information and guest details.
Rogers Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. We ask
guests not to leave equipment unattended. Disposable cameras, film, and
batteries are available at souvenir kiosks throughout Rogers Centre.
Elevators
Guests requiring assistance in reaching their seat may use one of the
eight elevators conveniently located at Rogers Centre. Elevators can be
found at Gates 3, 7, 9, and 13. These elevators are to be used by our
guests who are physically challenged, elderly or who just prefer its convenience
when traveling between levels.
As a courtesy to our guests, we ask individuals carrying beverages
on the elevators to ensure they have the appropriate lid on the container.
Infants
Events at Rogers Centre are unique. Generally, an infant under the age
of two does not require a ticket to an event (Blue Jays and Argos games).
Infants must be held in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy
a seat unless they have ticket. However, it is recommended that you call
Guests Services at 416-341-1707 to confirm details for your event or visit
the event details page at Event Details for specific
event information and guest details.
Paging
Rogers Centre does not conduct pages over the public address system. Exceptions
may be made in extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Guests
who require a page should inquire at a Guest Services booth, located on
the 100, 200 and 500 Levels.
