Accessibility & Disabled Parking
Rogers Centre is proud to stand as one of the most accessible venues for guests with disabilities in all of Canada. All washrooms, seating levels and restaurants are fully accessible. The building’s elevators are equipped with audio signals, raised control panels and digital floor indicators. The Accessibility Council, first formed in the early 1990's, played a key role in seeing many of these features instituted at the building.
Renovations in more recent years to the 100 Level Concourse have dramatically increased the number of seating locations and significantly improved the sightlines for guests with disabilities. There are now 239 disabled seating locations available on the 100 and 200 Levels of Rogers Centre for Toronto Blue Jays baseball games.
All other events hosted at Rogers Centre also have disabled seating locations available to guests. Please refer to the associated seating chart and indicate your preference at time of ticket purchase.
There are specially designated disabled parking spaces available at Rogers Centre. We kindly ask that guests with special needs call ahead to make reservations. Reservations can be made by calling (416) 341-3004 between Monday and Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Gate 7 has been designated as our Special Needs Entrance. Fans with special needs should contact the Operations Department at 416-341-1152 at least 24 hours in advance to discuss their individual requirements. Wheel-Trans makes stops at Gate 7 for all events at Rogers Centre.
