As we STEER our venue and Staff towards fulfilling our purpose, the Guest Experience Team works with all departments, partners and vendors to deliver a consistent service philosophy. We provide our Staff with the necessary training and knowledge to ensure that they are capable of creating WOW moments for our guests during each event.

How's It Goin'? Program
It starts with a greeting! From the moment the Guest Experience begins at Rogers Centre, it is our goal to proactively reach out to all our guests in an effort to establish a personal connection with them and get ahead of any issues they may encounter. How's It Goin'? is something Torontonians and Canadians say all the time, so it is an easy question to ask our guests. However, How's It Goin'? is not just a greeting – it is our Guest Experience philosophy and brand. It is our culture at Rogers Centre to make every guest, co-worker – or "teammate" – vendor and corporate partner feel respected and appreciated. We want our customers to feel welcome and recognize how much we value them every time they enter Rogers Centre to attend one of our events. By asking the question, we can be proactive… ultimately, we want every guest to have an exceptional experience each and every time they visit our venue. We also want to use How's It Goin'? to foster a positive work environment and communicate that as teammates, we are all each other's customers. It all starts with How's It Goin'?
How's It Goin'? Feedback
Guests are also encouraged to participate in the How's It Goin'? Program by nominating an employee who exemplifies our customer service philosophy. Guests can fill out a How's It Goin' Feedback Form at any one of our Guest Services locations on each level at Rogers Centre or by e-mailing us at fanfeedback@rogerscentre.com.
Guest Services
Guest Services booths are located on the 100-Level near Sections 120 and 135, on the 200-Level near Sections 212 and 236 and on the 500-Level near Sections 508 and 532 (varies based on event needs). Guests can check strollers, or larger items at these locations, obtain Misplaced ACE Wristbands for their children and receive assistance related to lost persons or items, pledge for the GoodSport Designated Driver Program, pass along feedback and make other general inquiries.
