Venue Policies

Welcome to Rogers Centre! To ensure your visit is a memorable one, please take time to read our guest policies below.

Alcohol
The Toronto Blue Jays, Rogers Centre and Aramark Sports and Entertainment are determined to promote responsible alcoholic beverage sales and use, as outlined by "T.E.A.M." - Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management. Our goal is to ensure a safe and fun environment where alcohol service and consumption is managed responsibly.

Guests may not bring or leave Rogers Centre with any alcohol. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased from authorized vendors once inside the facility. Guests must produce valid photo identification upon request for proof of age. All guests that appear to be 30 years of age or younger will be asked to provide proof of age for each transaction. Guests may have no more than two alcoholic beverages in their possession at any time. In-seat hawkers are restricted to serving only one (1) alcoholic beverage per guest. Alcohol service in all concession stands, luxury suites and Club VIP will end at the end of the seventh inning for Toronto Blue Jays baseball games, end of the 3rd quarter for football games and 1 hour before the scheduled end of a concert OR at the discretion of stadium officials. The Toronto Blue Jays, Rogers Centre, and its concessionaire (Aramark Sports and Entertainment) reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service for guests.

Guests found with unauthorized alcohol can have their ticket confiscated and be removed from Rogers Centre without compensation. There are designated alcohol-free seating sections on each level of the building for Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Argonauts games. Please contact the teams directly for more information on the locations of the alcohol-free seats. The following may result in ejection from Rogers Centre and/or possible prosecution:

  • attempting to use fraudulent identification
  • public intoxication
  • purchasing alcohol for a minor
  • a minor attempting to purchase or found to be in possession of alcohol
  • anyone found in possession of alcohol after being given a warning not to consume or purchase any

Bottles & Containers
Plastic bottles holding 600 ml or less will be permitted in Rogers Centre. This does not include liquor or beer. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited from entering Rogers Centre. Plastic bottles holding more than 600 ml, glass bottles and cans are prohibited and guests will not be given a claim ticket for the items.

Please note, for select Rogers Centre events, no outside container or plastic bottle regardless of size will be permitted inside the facility.

Cameras and Recording Devices
Personal cameras are permitted to most Rogers Centre events provided their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment. However, some promoters forbid the use of cameras, audio or video recording devices at certain events. For more information about an event, please call Rogers Centre at 416-341-3663 or visit the event details page at Event Details for specific event information and guest details.

Rogers Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. We ask guests not to leave equipment unattended. Disposable cameras, film, and batteries are available at souvenir kiosks throughout Rogers Centre.

Elevators
Guests requiring assistance in reaching their seat may use one of the eight elevators conveniently located at Rogers Centre. Elevators can be found at Gates 3, 7, 9, and 13. These elevators are to be used by our guests who are physically challenged, elderly or who just prefer its convenience when traveling between levels.

As a courtesy to our guests, we ask individuals carrying beverages on the elevators to ensure they have the appropriate lid on the container.

Infants
Events at Rogers Centre are unique. Generally, an infant under the age of two does not require a ticket to an event (Blue Jays and Argos games). Infants must be held in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat unless they have ticket. However, it is recommended that you call Guests Services at 416-341-1707 to confirm details for your event or visit the event details page at Event Details for specific event information and guest details.

Paging
Rogers Centre does not conduct pages over the public address system. Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Guests who require a page should inquire at a Guest Services booth, located on the 100, 200 and 500 Levels.
